This is our family cottage home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is newly renovated, and decorated. We occasionally open it to all responsible, respectful, adult guest who abide by the house rules. No outside guest allowed after check in. It is 6.7 miles/15 minute drive to New Orleans/ French Quarter. We live next door. Absolutely no parties/ Booking Person must be the guest/ no more than 3 guest ever. We may ask for ID. If unsure. before you will be given the key. Wifi and Netflix.

All are welcome to enjoy our Art House, full of light, color and art, just two blocks from the beautiful French Quarter via the Algiers ferry. Once you are nestled snugly in New Orleans' second oldest neighborhood, lovely Algiers Point, you will delight in the original artwork created by your host artist, and in the historic architecture, as you stroll our quaint streets and enjoy restaurants and bars just steps from the Art House, and along the walking path by the mighty Mississippi River.

This charming and crystal clean 2-bedroom/2 en suite bathroom home invites comfort and convenience. Beautiful and spacious open layout with plenty of natural light and amenities you may need during your stay— kitchen appliances including a Keurig and cookware, washer/dryer, WIFI, smart TVs, security system, and private deck. You’ll also love the convenience of your off-street parking. We’re ~10min or less from just about everything in Nola— City Park, French Quarter, Tulane/ Audubon, the Port!

Originally the neighborhood general store, this cozy one bedroom apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay in New Orleans! The building is separate from our main house with its own private entrance. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven and cookware. A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment. Newly added outdoor area with bistro set. 2 blocks from the street car line. Centrally located and an easy walk to Tulane's campus.
