On Jackson Lake, 1 hr from Atlanta, our cottage with private dock (with kayaks-two adult and one child size) is the perfect spot to unwind. With photo-ready furnishings, white cotton and linen bedding, and subtle antique decor, our cottage exudes a warm vibe that will make you feel right at home. Please, no wild parties or drug use. Our neighbors don't deserve to hear or smell any nonsense. Thank you!

Stay in our Lakeside Bungalow guest house, which has everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay—lake views, king size bed, Smart TV, private patio w/ firepit, & more. Enjoy fishing, paddle boating, & wildlife watching. We often see turtles, deer, great blue herons, geese, frogs, fish, & fireflies⚡️. 1811 Cottage at Sunflower Farm

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!

The Hideaway at Mystic Falls

The Hideaway at Mystic Falls offers more than a place for Vampire Diaries fans to stay, it offers an unforgettable opportunity to immerse yourself in the TVD universe. From the oversized paintings that hung in the Salvatore and Lockwood mansions on the show, to the prop Mikaelson coffin we had reupholstered with red velvet and installed on the wall of our living room, when you stay at The Hideaway you feel less like a fan of the TVD universe and more like a character living in it.

Home features a swimming dock and a dock for boat hookup for the duration of the stay. 10% discount for weekly rentals. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed.

This farmhouse style home was built in 1887, making it one of the oldest homes in Monroe. This home is in a safe, great area! Walking distance to the breweries, restaurants, shops, and concerts on the green. Close to all wedding venues in the area! 25 minutes from Athens & an hour from ATL. Truly the perfect location! POOL & HOTTUB INCLUDED. Large yard.

10 minutes from downtown Covington and 35 minutes from the east side of Atlanta. Enjoy a peaceful, unique experience in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of outdoor space and resident chickens. This 1 bed/1 bath features a kitchenette and shower/tub combo. Wifi and Roku included. The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!
