We have spacious living areas with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a roomy kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, cookware & dining ware. Plus a recent upgrade to Starlink wifi! Lot is serene, beautiful, & offers privacy. It is within walking distance to the lake. Main driveway accommodates multiple vehicles, & overflow driveway has space for more. Street parking is not allowed.

Controlled Chaos Basecamp is a Northwoods Adventure Cabin located in the middle of Wisconsin's best ATV/UTV and Snowmobile trails, on the border of Jackson and Clark Counties, just 10 miles north of Black River Falls. We are close to 10 different river landings on the Black River and multiple creeks with Class I to Class III rapids plus lake access at Lake Arbutus and Wazee Lake County Park a short drive away.
