Several renovations later this is now our cherished home with garden level guest suite. We live and work quietly upstairs and your suite downstairs has a private entrance with keypad. Think of it as the charm and personal touch of a B & B, complete with Bob's delicious homemade cookies, but with the privacy of your own suite!

Come stay in beautiful Steamboat Springs, Colorado in our newly remodeled condo. It is centrally located with easy access to the ski mountain or downtown to enjoy the restaurants and shops. This condo sleeps 8 people with two well-sized bedrooms and a loft with a bonus room attached. Please note that the pictures of bedroom 3 are of the loft sleeping area and the pictures of bedroom 4 are of the bonus room sleeping area. End each day relaxing by taking a dip in one of the community hot tubs.

Adjacent to Routt National Forest and the Zirkel Wilderness. Moose, elk, deer, pronghorn, bear, wolf, fox, and many bird species call this special place home. Cabin is an off-grid, dry cabin. Private trails for hiking, biking, xc ski and snowshoe. 4WD or AWD preferred travel in winter. The heat is furnished by a wood stove. Solar powered lights. The composting bathroom is 20 feet away and the shower house a short walk. Water is supplied. Blackstone grill and French press provided.

From the cabin, there are spectacular views of the Zirkel Mountains and Routt National Forest. The Elk River runs directly across from your cabin where there is private access across the road. Cozy up by the wood fireplace, or snowmobile, XC ski/snowshoe/hike/bike right out the door. The cabin has good WI-FI and a small TV that you can stream from or watch DVDs.
