The person using this space and sharing the deck as a common area is quiet, loves animals, and uses the deck area for access to the garage. They have no access to the main house. Which is set one block back from Queens Wharf & The Foreshore and on the edge of the Hunter Street Mall. Filled with beautiful cafes, tree lined streets and quirky little boutiques and galleries. All easily accessed by foot or our new tram. Just 5 minutes walk to Newcastle Beach.

This recently refurbished, compact studio is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Only metres from Kennedy Cove and Connolly Park, it has street parking out front. Located in Carrington, close to the water, there is easy access to the CBD. This suburb has a great village feel and you can walk to shops, cafes, bakery, pubs and restaurants. Public transport is a 2 minute walk to catch bus into CBD which only is a 5 min ride.
