One of two beautiful holiday lets tucked away at the end of our lovery quiet garden. Situated directly on the cliff path with a short 3min walk down to the stunning sandy beach. There is free parking to the front of the main house and a short walk to the property. A private shed for storing your bikes as well as body boards, bucket & spades & beach chairs are available for guest

Interior designed self-contained studio with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden. Please note there is no parking at the property. Lymington Town train station is a four minute walk. There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.

This unique place has a style all its own. Situated at the bottom of the owners own home and garden it is secluded, private and quiet. The decor and furnishings are styled back to the sixties era but with the addition of modern facilities such as a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine, fitted kitchenette with electric cooker and Ninja Air Fryer. There is also a vinyl record player, TV and full WiFi in the cosy lounge/diner and sleeping area. Quirky and extremely comfortable.

We are on a bus route. Private access to the property and free on street parking. Studio 114 offers a double bedroom, bathroom, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi and small patio space with table and chairs.

Situated in East Cowes. The house was part of the Osborne estate so we are situated right next to Osborne House, also a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk from East Cowes Red Funnel. We are also on a main bus route to Newport or Ryde. There is private access & your own parking space.
