Also located at the front we have a "park" which contains a water well, fire pit and a barberque which can be used by all customers! NETFLIX is on the tv!

Experience this fully renovated old galvanised iron hay shed that is fully self contained with a large rustic outdoor entertainment area that has an open fireplace and outdoor fire pit.

Boonahview Accommodation

Boonahview is a self-contained accommodation located high up in the Otways on a working sheep farm. Enjoy uninterrupted 180 degree views from every window. Stunning! A short 20-30 minute drive to Lorne and The Great Ocean Road. Nb currently no oven. The accomodation is seperate from the main house and is in tank water only .. which is drinkable. The heating is a wood fire for those cold days/nights.

Farm guesthouse Gnarwarre

Refurbished in 2019 farm guesthouse, 1 bedroom with kitchenette (microwave, glassware, cutlery, crockery, bar fridge, toaster, kettle), ensuite, hair dryer, lounge, heating, electric blanket, 2 x 55inch TV, patio with BBQ, outdoor dining. Has a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a single bed. Please note that it has a small kitchenette not a full kitchen. it's the perfect set up for eating out!
