Instow Tideaway is a beautifully refurbished 2-bedroom holiday home in Instow village, offering a king-size bed (which can be split into singles) and a room with bunk beds and a single bed, accommodating up to 5 guests. The property features off-street parking for one car, a Smart TV with streaming options, and a pleasant rear area.

Dummett Cottage is a Grade 2 listed 3 bedroom fishing cottage with an incredible garden backing directly onto the Taw-Torridge estuary. Sit on the patio and watch beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic as fishing boats and yachts sail by. Set on one of Appledore's oldest streets, and dating from around 1700, Dummett Cottage is one of the original houses built in Appledore. From the inglenook fireplace to the exposed beams and arches, this cottage is full of character and history.

We accept one well behaved dog and you will find the beach and all the pubs and restaurants in Instow are equally as dog friendly.

Located on the beach front, The Boathouse is a charming cottage housing four guests in picturesque Lee Bay, and boasting a magnificent sea view. Being next to the Southwest Coastal Path, and in close proximity to the famous Woolacombe Beach, it's a perfect destination for all. There are up to three private parking spaces on the premises, and one or two well behaved dogs are welcomed.
