Newly constructed chalet, perched mountainside overlooking Margaree Valley. With high ceilings and huge windows, the space provides guests with a bright, airy and cozy atmosphere. Outside a 200 sq/ft veranda offer space to enjoy fresh air, sunshine, a good book, and incredible country views. When not enjoying the natural beauty of the 14 acre property, the chalet also offers professionally designed interior, full kitchens/BBQ, SMART TV, free Wifi, electric fireplace, heat and air conditioning. With no immediate neighbors, our chalets are surrounded by forest and farm land and the perfect place to relax, and unwind while overlooking the Valley below. It is the perfect balance of having all the amenities of home, as well as the opportunity to enjoy some peaceful time away. Regardless, on 14 acres, there is lots of room to stretch your legs! Hosts will be available via call/text/email or Airbnb message during your stay with us. If a problem arises, a team member will be on site to solve with problem as quickly as possible. Kody’s place is located in Margaree Valley Nova Scotia Canada. Approximately 6 kilometers off Cabot Trail, this location is the perfect base for your trip around the Trail, or around Western and Central Cape Breton. Our proximity to Inverness, Baddeck, Cheticamp and Ingonish make day trips from this base easy. As the last civic address on a public road, we are reachable by motor vehicle year round. During winter months our location is also easily accessible by snowmobile, and during the Spring, Summer and Autumn by ATV.

MacLeod Cove: secluded cottage with private shore

MacLeod Cove is a 3-bedroom cottage on the Bras d'Or, Cape Breton's beautiful inland sea. Enjoy ocean views and private cove, within 25 minutes drive of Baddeck, North Sydney (Newfoundland ferry terminal), and the Cabot Trail. Smoking and fires of any kind are not permitted anywhere on the property. The cottage is very private, surrounded by forest and sea. It typically has good cell phone coverage and we have wifi. Our newly renovated cottage is comfortable and practical. We are near beaches, restaurants, Highlands Link Golf and many walking trails. Located on the beautiful Cabot Trail there is lots to see and do, especially if you are a nature lover. The fully equipped cottage allows you to prepare all your own meals or you can enjoy superb coffee and locally sourced foods at the Salty Roses and Periwinkle Cafe which is located on the same property and also features Maritime artisans work. Little Cottage in the Wood

Small cottage in South Harbour, on the Cabot Trail. Small bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Queen mattress is considered"plush". Shops, restaurants, museums, hiking trails, whale tours, other adventures and beaches nearby. Just beside Highlands National Park entrance which is convenient for those who are nature lovers and enjoy hiking trails in the park. It is secluded by trees. ( Cottage is not a good fit for young children, as the utility panels are located in unlocked closets.)

The Deckhouse

Welcome to the Deckhouse, a cozy and clean 2-bedroom cottage with a beautiful and tranquil harbour side view. Located in Dingwall, a small picturesque fishing community located approximately half way around the Cabot Trail. Although we do allow fur babies, please take note of the additional rules with regards to pets. (Additional cleaning fee) Please notify us prior to arrival if you have any allergies and we will do our best to ensure that you have a more pleasant stay.

R&D Retreat

This small traditional Acadian-style home is just off the Cabot Trail, and a 5 minute drive to the popular Gypsum Mine. This home is a cozy retreat if you are looking to explore the National Park and its hiking trails, or in the winter, the many snowmobile trails in the Highlands (lots of parking for machines/trailer). You will be a 15 minute walk down the road to the ocean and the Buttereau swimming spot, and the infamous Aucoin's Bakery is just a hop, skip and jump away.
