Two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs. Full kitchen, dining area and living room are downstairs. Laundry room is downstairs. You can park in our drive way in front of double door garage. UPDATE July 2022. We replaced the previous mattress with a new hybrid-style mattress with a memory foam top. Some of our guests found the previous mattress too soft...this one is a medium-firm mattress that offers great support. We hope you love it (just be aware that it is on the firmer side)!
