This spacious home is directly across from the beach 100m from the Umdloti Tidal Pool and 250m from restaurants and a coffee shop. It offers front row panoramic ocean views with the most magnificent sunrises. A generator keeps the lights on during load shedding. PLEASE NOTE - A refundable deposit is required when booking this beach home. Strictly no parties and no day visitors without prior arrangement with the host.

The beach is accessed directly from the top of the garden. It is from the top of the dune that you can enjoy the sunrise, sundowners or whale watching in season Pennington is 80 kms from Durban & 600kms from Johannesburg. This friendly coastal village is warm year round & home to Umdoni Forest boasting good birds fauna & flora

Off-grid! The lights are always on in this bright, modern, industrial styled garden cottage. The perfect spot for a break away from the noise and bustle. A 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive will take you to the swimming beach and nearby grocery shops, take-aways and restaurants. Just 25 minutes away from the city of Durban, this quiet spot makes for the ideal holiday or business stay. Please note: We do not permit parties on the property. Easy access to main house with steps leading down from parking area. The owners reside discreetly in garden cottage behind property, ensuring assistance while respecting your privacy.

This modern, creative space is one of two hidden gems in the leafy suburb of Westville (also see “the Green Room” in the Hidden Lookout). Up high in the trees, our space is a tranquil, beautiful, simple space perfect for a break from the city, but close enough to everything to still have fun! If you are coming for business we have fast and dependable WiFi. We also have a GENERATOR for load shedding if necessary.
