A queen bed sleeps two and the sofa converts to a full bed making this ideal for a couple or small family.

"No Guests" Rule: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No visitors, local or otherwise.

Pets are ok, but please keep them off the furniture. Separate entrance to a studio apartment with wifi, and Roku TV, very private, on the ground floor.
