It can accommodate up to 4 guests, ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children. The private balcony offers a stunning view of the sea.

"Metochi" - Secluded Little Shelter

The tastefully decorated traditional Ikarian shepherd's hut is situated in the middle of nature and offers amazing sea and mountain view. It's an ideal spot to find your peace and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located in the village of Agios Dimitrios (Raches), which is less than a 15-minute drive to Messakti beach. It's highly recommended to have a car to explore the island. The road leading from the village to the house is 1km of dirt road, but accessible with any type of car.

The Blue House on the Hill

The secluded cute cottage is ideal for those who wish to relax in a peaceful natural environment. Far from the noise and from other tourists, this is the perfect spot to decompress and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located above the tiny village of Nas and you will need a vehicle to reach it (1km dirt road, but accessible with any type of vehicle). Apart from the impressive beach of Nas, during the summer months you will find lovely traditional taverns and a grocery store.

This house located within a five minute walk from the city capital of Agios Kirikos offers unobstructed views to the newly built Marina, Port and the City. The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

Το σπίτι μας, ο Δοχός βρίσκεται στο πιο ψηλό σημείο του χωριού Προέσπερα. Είναι περιτριγυρισμένο από παραδοσιακούς αμπελώνες έχοντας εκπληκτική θέα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο του Ικάριου πελάγους και σε μαγευτικά ηλιοβασιλέματα. Ο Δοχός προσφέρει μια απαράμιλλη εμπειρία ηρεμίας και φυσικής ομορφιάς. Ιδανικό για όσους αναζητούν χαλάρωση, ο γοητευτικός μας ξενώνας υπόσχεται μια ήρεμη και αναζωογονητική απόδραση.

Big Families House

Ένα υπέροχο οικογενειακό σπίτι μόλις σε απόσταση αναπνοής από μια μικρή οικογενειακή βραχώδη παραλία, που ονομάζεται "Φύτεμα" η οποία είναι μία από τις πιο ήσυχες παραλίες, ακόμη και στην υψηλή περίοδο. Το σπίτι είναι πολύ εύκολο να το βρεις αφού βρίσκεται πάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο, μόλις 1 χλμ από το γραφικό λιμάνι του Ευδήλου! Δικαίως έχει χαρακτηρισθεί ως hot spot από πολλούς από τους επισκέπτες μας.

Πέτρινη αυλή, Αρμενιστης Ικαρια

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται εντός του οικισμού Αρμενιστη σε σημείο που επιτρέπει την γρήγορη πρόσβαση απόστασης 2-5 λεπτών από σημεία αγορών όπως: σούπερ μάρκετ, είδη σουβενίρ κ.α. Επιπλέον, σε χώρους εστίασης και αναψυχής όπως: μπάρ, καφετέριες, ζαχαροπλαστεία κ.α. Η παραλία του Αρμενιστη βρίσκεται περίπου 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια και η παραλία Λιβάδι περίπου 10 λεπτά.
