Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. This is a newly renovated spacious private apartment above our home’s garage with a private entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet, a full bathroom with tub/shower, a kitchenette, and a living room. An additional twin-sized blow-up mattress is available upon request. Only smaller pets under 45 pounds are allowed with small added fee.

Beautiful, modern townhome in a perfect neighborhood! Pet friendly, fully stocked kitchen, enclosed back patio with grill, smart tv’s in living room and master bedroom. The neighborhood restaurant and bar is a two minute walk away and you are only a 7 minute drive from I77 or I485. Close to lake access and lots of parks but you can be uptown in 20 minutes.
