Ivy Cottage is situated on The Award Winning Development of The Bay, Filey. It is beautifully presented and has two bedrooms, a Master Double and second bedroom having 2 single beds. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly cottage. The cottage sleeps 4 people comfortably with a King size bed in the master bedroom complete with a sea view. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is a perfectly formed family bathroom complete with a bath and overhead shower. A well appointed self catering kitchen opens onto the living/dining room again with a panoramic view of Filey Bay. A travel cot and high chair can be requested for the smallest of our guests.

There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area for extra guests but this must be booked prior to stay, all bedding and towels are provided
