Alle bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich zur Löwengasse und hat als Schallschutz zwei Fenster eingebaut, die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof haben Rollläden aussen. Party + Feiern sind verboten. Frisch renoviert + neu eingerichtet.

This apartment is a spoil, as it is my private apartment and I only rent it out when I go overseas for a longer period. So you will feel at home. Manusch simply means "human" in the language of the Roma and Sinti. Fascinated by them, we have set up a small, fancy city apartment. 3 minutes walking to Hundertwasserhaus. Entrance to the room straight from the street! The original apartment was created in a section of what had previously been the studio of the Austrian artist Christian Eisenberger. The apartment is divided up into a combined living and bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
