This listing is half of a house that has been divided into two separate apartments, at times there is some transfer of sound in the living area.

The unit is cosy, comfortable and spacious. In the heart of Bellerive Quay, restaurants, cafes, bottleshops and IGA Supermarket are all at your doorstep. There is a bus stop almost directly opposite your front door, Bellerive is easy driving distance to Hobart;s CBD (around 10 mins), or treat yourself and take the Derwent Ferry (leaving Bellerive) ride across the River Derwent right in to Hobart's waterfront precinct of Salamanca.
