The Carriage House is a gorgeous and cozy one bedroom one bath newly renovated cottage in the historic mountain town of Hot Springs, NC! The house's new renovations will make for a comfortable and trendy stay with all the amenities one could want, including great outdoor space. The house is just minutes from the French Broad River, the Appalachian trail, and downtown Hot Springs. Guests can take in the beautiful serene landscape as well as outdoor and indoor activities and delicious restaurants.

Left . . . right . . . front & center . . . water, water, everywhere! Settled up high in the bank of Spring Creek sits this top level unit, affectionately called Birds Nest. Water views galore with trout-stocked Spring Creek and an almost 90 degree curve, called Fowler's Bend. Be prepared for INCREDIBLE VIEWS of the RUSHING WATERS of a 20-30 foot wide creek, with distant views of the only WATERFALL in town. Out the front door, ~7,500 acres of Pisgah NATIONAL FOREST sits just across the road.

Take it easy at our beautiful cabin in Hot Springs, NC surrounded by nature and farm animals. Panther Branch Farm spans 30 acres of mountains, streams, waterfalls, and hiking trails. The well-stocked kitchenette provides for all basic food preparation needs, and the town of Hot Springs is only a two minute drive away. Hurricane Helene update: We are fortunate that our property is higher up and did not flood. Thanks to the hard work of many people, all utilities have been restored at the cabin. Our town is in recovery.
