The Carriage House is a gorgeous and cozy one bedroom one bath newly renovated cottage in the historic mountain town of Hot Springs, NC! The house's new renovations will make for a comfortable and trendy stay with all the amenities one could want, including great outdoor space. The house is just minutes from the French Broad River, the Appalachian trail, and downtown Hot Springs. Guests can take in the beautiful serene landscape as well as outdoor and indoor activities and delicious restaurants.

Endless Water Views - Walk to Town & AT!

Left . . . right . . . front & center . . . water, water, everywhere! Settled up high in the bank of Spring Creek sits this top level unit, affectionately called Birds Nest. Water views galore with trout-stocked Spring Creek and an almost 90 degree curve, called Fowler's Bend. Be prepared for INCREDIBLE VIEWS of the RUSHING WATERS of a 20-30 foot wide creek, with distant views of the only WATERFALL in town. Out the front door, ~7,500 acres of Pisgah NATIONAL FOREST sits just across the road.

Farm Stay at Panther Branch with Sauna

Take it easy at our beautiful cabin in Hot Springs, NC surrounded by nature and farm animals. Panther Branch Farm spans 30 acres of mountains, streams, waterfalls, and hiking trails. On our small farm we have chickens, bees, goats, and alpacas that love to be hand-fed. Originally a pole barn workshop, the cabin has been expanded into a peaceful retreat built with local lumber. Unwind in our outdoor spa with sauna and a spring bath or simply relax and take in the serenity of the National Forest.

Multiple waterfalls run the length of this home's own 4 acres — not nearby, on the property. The falls are lit after dark, and 38 windows and skylights pull in daylight by day, then frame the stars at night. Handcrafted furniture, leather sofa, deluxe hot tub, 10-speaker Sonos, color-changing lights, two fire pits, mossy creek pathways, flower beds across half the property blooming three seasons a year, and a private mile of trails that climb past a bench at every waterfall. The Rosemary Cabin at Bluff Mountain Nursery. Nestled at the top of the hill in the heart of our plant nursery, you’ll be sure to be surrounded by beauty and nature a like. Custom built with plant and farm lovers in mind, with greenhouses full of amazing plants to explore. You can visit our farm during your stay to meet our livestock too. Located on 60 acres of wooded land only minutes from the Appalachian Trail. It’s in a spectacular and unique location with easy road access and Hot Tub too.

Charming creekside loft cottage. Perfect retreat for a romantic getaway or an adventure motorcycle ride in the beautiful scenery of pisgah national forest. Minutes away from max patch on the Appalachian trail and 30 mins from downtown Hotsprings. Relax listening to the beautiful sound of Meadowfork creek. Nestled feet away from the creek on what once was an 18 acre tobacco farm. Private bathhouse with shower/bathtub and toilet. Private fire pit, charcoal barbecue grill, picnic table, porch.

This is one of 3 identical apartments that are perched above the main street above a provisions shop/cafe and outfitters store. Walk to restaurants, brewery, natural hot springs spa, shops, river, and trails. Clean and comfortable and on the Appalachian Trail.

Goldfinch Cabin; walk to forest and town

A three bedroom cabin great for a couple or family. The Appalachian Trail and National Forest can be accessed just 100 feet from the front door! The well-stocked kitchenette provides for all basic food preparation needs, and the town of Hot Springs is only a two minute drive away. Hurricane Helene update: We are fortunate that our property is higher up and did not flood. Thanks to the hard work of many people, all utilities have been restored at the cabin. Our town is in recovery.
