Alstom 1.5 mi, Alfred U and College 11 mi and Keuka Lake/wineries 30 mi. Restaurants and pubs in Hornell are close by. Two guests are welcome in the second floor studio (outdoor stairs). We purchased the property in 2018 and made necessary upgrades while retaining the original character of this classic home. The view of the backwoods from the living room is spectacular! We live at the adjacent property located a few hundred feet away, so we are available as needed.
