Unit 2 (Maximum Occupancy is 4) 2 full size bed, sleeps 4. This is a large room with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, floor fan, WIFI, cable, flat screen TV, large private bathroom, hot water, water pressure, Free AC. Every connivance you could desire. Unit 2 is located on ground level under the 2 story main building. Unit 2 is a beautiful room clean, comfortable and modern. Our Inn has 4 Units (Rooms all varying in accommodations & Price) & 2 identical Bungalow out front on beach.

Top location: Private and clean budget cabana

This air-conditioned mini-sized wooden cabana on stilts is attached on one side to another "One World" rental unit. It has its own entrance and a pretty outside sitting area, complete with hammock. Inside the building you will find a comfortable twin bed with a bedside table as well as a toilet, wash basin and shower, separated from the sleeping area only by a curtain. This place is perfect for an uncomplicated traveler who needs a clean, basic space in a great location right in town!

Nested in the middle of our agroforestry system, the Garden House is surrounded by flowers and food producing gardens, all attracting precious birds and other rare wildlife. This is our "Big Cabana", 16´x 18´ plus bathroom & porch, equipped with 2 double beds, private bathroom/hot shower, fridge, coffee maker, fans. You are in the middle of local life - kids playing in the sea, fishermen cleaning the catch of the day, dogs & chickens running around. Enjoy a cool breeze while on the lookout for Manatees, go swimming or cool off with a nice drink at the bar right downstairs - food and drinks are just a few feet away. We are Gold Standard certified. We are two Canadians that sold everything we owned, packed it into a Jeep, and decided to embark on the journey of a lifetime. We built two eco-conscious cabins located in the heart of beautiful Placencia, just minutes walking distance from the beach, pier, restaurants, and local amenities and events. We don't offer A/C, but we do offer a pool and each cabin is equipped with a ceiling fan and a large positionable fan for your comfort.

Beachfront guest suite w/ private bath. "Seashell"

Three purpose built guest rooms downstairs from my home. They share a veranda with two hammocks for each room. Seashell is an end room. We are located on a lovely beach with shady palms - in the Garifuna fishing village of Hopkins. Hopkins is a village that gives you access to kayaking, snorkeling, diving the barrier reef, jungle treks, and Mayan ruins. Open your room door. Step right out onto the beach. Step into the Caribbean sea.
