Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

This cozy lake front home has all your needs, wants, and desires all in one perfect setting. Just recently renovated in spring 2019. This home offers breathtaking views. It comes equipped with a dock for boat access. Boat rentals are nearby at local marinas. Enjoy a full-view sun porch with the sounds of the lake in your mornings while enjoying your coffee. [See pics & feedback] A panoply of personal watercraft.  10 min to village of Naples.      House is upgraded mid-century cottage over a bridge at the end of the road – secluded, at the bottom of a cliff.   Outdoor hot tub, living room fireplace.   Big beautiful lake - right there - you'll feel it in your heart. The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars!

The neighborhood is made up of countless privately owned cottages along the Honeoye Lake. Honeoye has two traffic lights, a small supermarket, two gas stations, restaurants, super market, a convenience store, boat launches, a public beach & other nearby attractions. There are two Ski areas within 10 miles from Karen's property; Bristol Mountain and Hunt Hollow.
