Truly stay in the center of it all on the Homer Spit. Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet on your beach side deck overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Conveniently located next door to Central Charters and Tours and Captain Pattie's Restaurant, across the street from the Homer harbor. We have 4 more units. 3 on the spit and 1 house in town. This property is located less than 2 miles from town and a 12 minute drive to the Spit in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's walking distance to the Jack Gist baseball fields and disc golf course. The apartment sleeps up to 10 in two bedrooms. One room holds a queen bed, while the other has two bunk beds - XL fulls over queens. This property has a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a washer/dryer in the unit. We provide an economical option for visitors that want to enjoy all Homer has.

Salt Water Gardens Lower Unit

Our lower unit is a beautiful apt with stunning view on Katchemak Bay right from windows or yard. Private gardens, lower deck. Located about a 1/2 mile from the Bishop Beach area, 2 miles to the Spit and all the ocean activities you can imagine.A full kitchen for those who want to cook their catch or restaurants nearby that are outstanding. We have a freezer that you can store your catch in, but check with me on freeze space. Well behaved dogs welcome. Poo bad provided. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY

Stay and Fish Homer Alaska

The Lookout Apartment . This place is a little slice of Heaven it has sweeping views of outer Kachemak Bay and Kenai Mnts. and 3 major Volcanoes across Cook Inlet. It can accommodate up to 4 -6 singles or 2 couples and is close to Down town and the Harbor, 5 minute drive to town or 15 minute drive "honestly" to the Homer Spit and Harbor. The Lookout Apt makes a great home base you can go anywhere on the Kenai Pennisula in 3 hrs. from here, make sure to check out are week long discount.

The Bear's Den on East End Road

Welcome to Homer, Alaska! The Bear's Den offers beautiful views of Katchemak Bay, glaciers and mountains. This Bear themed studio has a queen bed in the main room, and a microwave, refrigerator and with a private bathroom off of the main room. We have just added a second room, with two twin beds. Everything is cozy and private! Located 5.2 miles east of Homer, on a paved road.
