The sandy beach is surrounded by a stunning rocky coastline which is popular for watersports such as kayaking, paddle boarding and diving to a nearby shipwreck. The Farmhouse is a wonderful sanctuary to stay with family and friends. This 2 storey stone built former farmhouse stands in an elevated position in over 3/4 acres of land. Parts of the house dated back to the late 18th century. 360 views of Snowdonia, Llyn peninsula and across the coast. With open fires, thick farmhouse walls, exposed beams, comfort and character is offered throughout. 150m from Porthdafarchs popular blue flag beach, a firm favourite of families and adventurer tourists alike.

A perfect retreat for couples or a family of up to 6 for fun or romantic breaks. 2 dogs welcome. Most of our land is now fenced off so your dog can roam reasonably safely in 5 acres.

The property is located in the Porth Y Felin area, near to harbour, promenade (Tour De Mon location annually), Y Parc (venue for annual party in the park) and marina/sailing club. There is a local post office/corner shop a 5 minute walk away and many delicious restaurants/takeaways serving a variety of food. A local pub is a 5 minute walk, local town centre also 5mins walk away. cinema with children's play centre a few streets away. Please can guests strip the beds on their last day.

Beachfront home with uninterrupted spectacular views out to the Irish Sea. With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. Enjoy sunsets from the decking relaxing on our sun loungers or find secluded spots on the cliff tops for even more privacy. The Annexe adjoins Ty Deryn Y Mor (also a holiday let), each has their own private garden, decking and path to the beach.
