Cozy, spacious and bright apartment 2 stops away from the Oslo Central Station with tram 12, 15, 17, 18 and bus 30, or 20 mins of walk. It is located in the district of Grünerløkka, a central and lively neighbourhood, with walking distance to cafes, restaurants and parks, and to the city center and various public transport. Fully equipped apartment in a lovely part of Oslo! This is the place to stay if you want immediate access to everything Oslo can offer, yet a quiet, spacy and comfortable place to stay. Large ground floor flat (no stairs) with two bedrooms (2*2.10 m and 1.50*2m beds). Fully equipped, heated floors in all rooms except kitchen. Laundry room. Free parking. 3 min walk to Borgen subway station with 1 stop to Majorstua, 2 stops (5 min) to Nationaltheatret (city center). 10 min walk to Frognerparken.

Location Location Location! Birkelunden is the perfect location to stay when visiting Oslo. You'll be in the heart of Grunerløkka with everything right outside the door. Shopping, restaurants, bar's, parks, supermarkets og close to the tram and bus that will take you to almost every place in Oslo within 5-15 min. Tram (11, 12, 18) and Bus (21, 30) is right outside that takes you to, Aker Brygge/Tjuvholmen, Frogner, Majorstuen, City Center. Airportbus is stopping 1.5min walk from the apartment.

Leiligheten har en populær beliggenhet med kort vei til kaféer, restauranter, shopping og parker. Trikk og buss like utenfor døra. Kort vei til Karl Johan og Bogstadveien. MERK: Leiligheten er mitt private hjem med personlige eiendeler i fjerde etasje uten heis. Nøkkelen hentes med EasyPick på annen adresse (åpningstider: 08-00, 09-23 på søndager). Ca 5 min å gå fra leiligheten.

Det er flere store matbutikker, kjøpesenter, buss og T-bane kun 5 minutter fra leiligheten. T-banen tar deg inn til sentrum av Oslo med alt av shopping, museer og severdigheter på 10 minutter. Bussen er også et alternativ om du vil til Nordmarka, sjøen eller til Oslo sentrum. Kun 9 minutter med buss til Oslo vinterpark alpinanlegg Skimore.

There are many restaurants and cafes in the area. 5 minute walk to the nearest local buss. This is an old apartment building with a lot of charm, but no elevator. The apartment building is tucked away in a secluded back yard with no direct street access. The apartment is on the third floor.

This is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Oslo Fjord. You will be able to sunbathe in our lush garden and take a swim in the ocean from our boat dockage. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.
