Charming Private Home in Heart of Hollywood

I am open to pets. HOWEVER please reach out to me before booking if you are planning to bring a pet. I want to make sure its a good fit. Also I do charge a pet fee that is for deep cleaning due to future guests with pet allergy sensitivities. If you end up having a pet stay without my approval and I find out from my cleaners I will charge an additional $25 a day. Charming Spanish bungalow sits in the heart of Hollywood tucked away on a hidden quiet walk street within walking distance of everything you need or want-movie theaters, restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, yoga classes. Located 4 blocks from Hollywood Blvd. 2 blocks from the Cahuenga Corridor, which is considered one the coolest areas in Los Angeles, if not the United States because all within a 4 block radius are great restaurants, bars, music venues, clubs, recording studios, juice bars, yoga studios, gyms, a farmers market, shops and much more. So you dont even need to rent a car!!!! On a historical note--This house was used as housing for MGM actors in the 20s and 30s including the likes of Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton! The house was entirely remodeled a few years ago while keeping the original hardwood floors and french windows. The ceilings were raised to 12 ft throughout the house as well as the entry where the ceiling has been vaulted to 14 ft. A spherical chandelier hangs down from the top. We are more than happy to interact with guests, but also respect that some guests may want to keep to themselves. Walk to Hollywood, Beachwood Canyon, or Franklin Village. Uber or Lyft comes in seconds and takes minutes to Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, and West Hollywood. Griffith Park is minutes from the house. Walk to the Hollywood and Vine Metro Red Line Station, The Flyaway bus from LAX drops you off at Hollywood and Argyle just 5 blocks away. It is only 8 dollars. Uber and Lyft cars are everywhere Not Handicap Accessible - we are up two flights of outdoor stairs to enter the house, and bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. This house is not child-proofed so not suitable for children, there are floor to ceiling windows with no child guards.We do have a lovely doodle named Theodore. He is hypoallergenic and does not shed. He is kept in a separate yard and you won't be interacting with him unless you would like to of course!
