Welcome to the Loon's Nest, a renovated lakefront bungalow w/bunkhouse that includes FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock from May through October. Situated on on 2 large lots w/private beach & expansive views of Lake Wabasis in front, as well as private pond out back filled year-round w/wildlife. Lake Wabasis is approximately 2 miles long (Kent County's biggest) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped, protected wetlands. It's an all-sports lake w/excellent fishing year-round.

Tucked away in the quaint countryside, Treloar Cottage provides the peaceful getaway you've been waiting for! There are water activities, a grill, fireplace, campfire pit and full lake access. The cabin is nestled to the back of the 3.6 acres of a private wooded land with a short walk to the all sport lake. The updated home features two bedrooms, sleeping loft, family room, washer/dryer, all the amenities of home. Enjoy the 160 ft of lakefront off our private dock. We have 2 kayaks, a Canoe and a small fishing boat, floaties and life vests for boating or swimming. Enjoy a day at the lake, cook dinner on one of our grills and enjoy the evening by the firepit.

Lake Chapin is all sport lake with good fishing, bring the boat and water toys or forget bringing anything and enjoy the lakeside fire pit, paddle boat and kayaks that we provide. Stocked with linens, towels, kitchenware, charcoal grill.

Lakefront Cottage at water's edge w/free Pontoon

Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has been completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.
