This ample space for two is located only four miles from the airport, seven minutes to the heart of downtown Hilo, Saddle road, Walmart, Safeway or the Hilo mall. Walk up the hill to the park, a safe area equip with a basketball court and playground, or not too far away venture to rainbow falls, boiling pots or Kaumana caves. This is a beautiful newer build with great attention to detail. This includes a private bedroom, bathroom and well-appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. This property is 10 blocks from high-cliff ocean, on the dead-end side of the street, with very little traffic. The lanai overlooks our 1-acre avocado orchard with 70 avocado trees, lychee, papaya, mango, banana, pineapple, mandarin, spinach and lemongrass. Please ask my husband, Jason, what is ripe.

Large studio unit attached to our family home in HPP, a rural subdivision in Puna on Hawai‘i Island. 20 min from Hilo Int'l Airport & 40 min from Volcanoes NP. We have 2 large rescue dogs, Jack & Boogie, and a big blind pig, Lilo. They bark/chuff and will be excited to meet you. If you aren't comfortable around large dogs and a blind pig this is not the place for you. We also have many cats, unintentional coqui frogs, and our neighbor has goats. Animal noises are part of this rural space.
