MacLeod House Guest Cottage is a self-contained stone cottage nestled on the edge of the Krantzkloof Nature Reserve. The open plan accommodation is decorated in an Edwardian style but with all the modern conveniences you might require. The cottage overlooks the magnificent Krantzkloof gorge. There is an abundance of bird life for birding enthusiasts and a tranquil setting in which to relax whilst enjoying the sound of the Nkonka Falls directly below the property. A 'must see' for nature lovers.

Our studios are Solar powered and inverter run, so load shedding does not affect your stay. This modern studio with a separate bedroom and bathroom is equipped to make any stay comfortable. Beacon Hill Barn is a 36 acre farm with horses and cattle. It is perched on the very top of the Alverstone hill. Panoramic views extend to the sea with a big open sky above you. Guests are welcome to range the farm. The location is such that you can enjoy a tranquil get away yet also have access (7 mins ) to Hillcrest restaurants and the festive shongweni farmers market on a Saturday morning. The suite is well appointed with a fire place for winter and aircon for hot summer nights

The Cabin can only be accessed via walking stairs (100 to be exact).
