The Cottage has an open plan living / kitchen with separate queen and twin bedrooms set in a private rear section, with off road parking. Situated near Lake Dunstan and Old Cromwell. Stroll to Old Cromwell for your morning coffee overlooking Lake Dunstan or evening dining. Otherwise relax at The Cottage, using the full kitchen facilities and dine either inside or on the outdoor patio/ verandah. Close to 4 ski fields, Wanaka and Queenstown, great bike trails and New Zealand's largest water park.

Private guest wing, The bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom & air con. Bedroom & Lounge have Smart TV's with Netflix. There is a kitchenette, with fridge & microwave. Bannockburn Hotel & Black Rabbit Café (Please check opening days & hours, as they vary with the seasons) are a short stroll from our gate Panoramic views of wineries, orchards & along the Kawarau river. 100 metres to the Lake Dunstan Cycle trail. We are about most of the time & only to happy to help make your stay memorable.

Modern Stay in Cromwell - self check in

We recently built this 1 bedroom apartment above our garage. You will have the place completely to yourself, including a separate lounge area and bathroom. Both the lounge and bedroom have a heat pump to keep you cozy in Winter and cool in Summer. Unlimited Wifi is also included. This is a great location, only a 20min walk into town via greenway. Please note the stairs are located in the garage and are a bit steep. We will not use the garage while you are staying with us for complete privacy.

The Guest House @ Cherry Tree Farm

Welcome to Cherry Tree Farm, Cromwell. Stay in our beautiful self contained guest house set within the gardens of our urban farm and cherry orchard. The Guest House comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The living area has a sofa and a daybed. A separate bedroom offers a Queen bed and there is a bathroom with shower. The living area can also be converted to accomodate either 2 single beds or a king double. This makes The Guest House a perfect space for up to 4 people.

The Apartment

Our renovated room is located at the back of our section over the garage, with separate external access via staircase. We are perfectly located for you to enjoy all Cromwell has to offer. Only a 10 min walk to the town centre and lake, even closer to the golf course and of course a great spot for you to stay if you are heading off on the central otago bike trail. The room has a kitchenette with complimentary tea and coffee and everything you need for a relaxing few nights away from home.

Nestled on the banks of the Kawarau river, this 4-bedroom abode is out of the hustle and bustle of busy Central Otago life. The property is a 3 minute drive away from the central town of Cromwell and Bannockburn and 40 minutes away from Queenstown. Enjoy direct access to the Kawarau River, Dunstan walking/cycling track and Highlands Motorsport Park. Central drive to Queenstown and Wanaka area, Clyde and Alexandra. Golf course near by. Four Skifields nearby, Remarkables, Coronet Peak, Cardrona & Treble Cone less than 1 hour away. The newly opened Highlands Motorsports Park is 6 km away. The new cycle trail will be open at the end of 2020.
