Amazing views and always a breeze blowing. 3 bedrooms, a full size kitchen, two sitting rooms, 2 bathrooms (one full, one half) , all in this 100 year old cottage. Overlooking amazing wetlands. The birds in the area are amazing, sand hill cranes stop here as they migrate, bald eagles, loons, ospreys, waterfowl and even an occasional golden eagle.

The Family Home has the ideal setup for families, friends and groups and is in the right location especially if you're a golfer. We are near 10 golf courses within 10 miles. One of which is Stoatin Brae. This home is conveniently located in Richland, between both downtown Kalamazoo and Battle Creek and everything these citys have to offer. We are near Gull Lake. Gull Meadow Farm is less than a mile. Enjoy Richland and its small town feel with its various restaurants, parks and places to hike.

The Barn House

A private country estate on 9 acres in beautiful rural Michigan featuring 5-bedrooms, 2 baths and a large kitchen/living area. This restored Dairy Barn with its original beams was converted into a wonderful residence in the early 1990’s. Cozy, tranquil, and spacious (4,000 square feet) would be a few words to best describe this home with its scenic walk out balcony overlooking a pond. The home owner currently resides in a private apartment in the lower level.
