Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Welcome to River Run. A modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath hideaway set on a spacious riverfront lot with direct river access. Enjoy meals on the deck, watch the Eagles, Osprey, deer, geese and other wildlife that call this home. Kayak, tube, fish, sunbathe, read, do nothing or everything. The choices are yours. Complete the day with a bonfire, sunset and star gazing. The wide-open skies of River Run offers amazing night skies. All bedrooms offer big screen smart tvs w/ blue ray players. ENJOY!!!

Although there isn't much room to roam on the property itself, there is access to the Pere Marquette Rail Trail only a short drive North. The cabin is just off the highway in farm country, and is described as peaceful with a cozy interior. You may however hear some road noise if you are relaxing outside. Welcome to Hersey Hideaway, the perfect place to relax on the Muskegon River! Get on the river, soak in the luxurious hot tub, stargaze, or enjoy evenings by the fire. In the summer, access a detached bunkhouse, blackstone grill, and plenty of outdoor seating! Explore biking and hiking the White Pine Trail or enjoy ORV trails. Big Rapids is a 25 min drive for restaurants, groceries, & breweries. Plenty of amazing day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Traverse City, Caberfae, and Lake Michigan!

You will have the entire basement-- two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, & living room-- to yourself. We are in a wooded setting a couple of miles from town. You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off and covered with foam board for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.
