Just a 3.6-mile drive away is the Rehoboth boardwalk, and the Rehoboth/Lewes bike trail is within walking distance of your unit. Downtown Lewes is also only 3.3 miles away, and Dewey Beach is a 4.8-mile drive. Everything is within a 5-10 minute Uber ride. Local eateries and a Wawa are also just a stone’s throw away.

Named after Henry Winkler who played the Fonz on Happy Days, (because he lived in the apt. over the Cunningham's garage). The apartment offers privacy and separation from the main house. The ideal beach retreat where it's just you, the sand, and the sea.
