In the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, the law requires that anyone seeking to provide accommodation to tourists for periods of 30 days or less must have a registration number issued by the Province. Note that Hosts operating from their primary residence are not required to register with the province.

Newfoundland also asks Hosts to display their registration number on their listing. To obtain a registration number, complete your application.
