Light the fire pit and dress for dinner in the vine-covered garden at a peaceful retreat with a soothing waterfall. Zen beachy decor and coastal paintings set the scene indoors, with abundant natural light enhancing easy open-plan living. Pets are welcome with a small cleaning fee of a $50 (one time fee) and additional pets $25 (one time fee). The main room is 12'x17'. Closet is 6 1/2' long. Bathroom 4'x5 1/2' + shower 3'3" x 3'3". kitchen 4 1/2' x 8". Simple breakfast served. Your own private entrance, plenty of parking on the street, nice neighborhood. We are available if you have any questions or need information on the area. 2 night minimum please. The cottage is tucked away off the street in a quiet, safe neighborhood where residents walk their dogs in pleasant weather. Nearby downtown Redwood City is home to shops and groceries and freeways and public transportation are within easy reach. There is a bus that runs at the corner of our block, it would take you to downtown Redwood City or travel down the El Camino Real. There is a train depot downtown as well. Pets - 2 small dogs in the main house, 2 outdoor cats.

Located on a tree lined street on the island of Alameda, is this beautiful 1885 Victorian Cottage. The ground floor level has 1 bedroom/1 bathroom. The living room has a queen pullout sofa. The kitchenette is equipped with a portable 2 burner electric stove, small refrigerator/freezer, and sink. There is also a built in microwave as well as a portable oven. There is a desk for your working needs along with high speed internet. This flat is for the person who appreciates design and comfort.

We are a predominantly Spanish-speaking community. You can purchase fresh Tamales, Pupusas, etc from our street vendors. We are next to an elementary school on a semi-busy street. The Suite on Camden Street is the perfect work-remote or getaway in Oakland. This inlaw unit is private with its own access on the side of the house. Access is a sloped walkway through a locked gate and less than five stairs to the door. This cozy spot features: a full kitchen, queen bed, fast wifi, work desk with a monitor, rain shower, and access to backyard space. Best for couples or individuals. Pet friendly, no pet fee, but please pick up after your furry friends. Free street parking.

Little Yellow Door is a 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen on the lower level of our home in the Oakland hills. It's very cozy, has a completely private entrance, and is pet friendly! Lots of plants, antiques and art. You can enjoy morning coffee from the deck while looking out at the Bay! This is an older house- you will hear us and our pets walking around upstairs. Kids are always welcome but the space may not be ideal. **Two flights of stairs to get to the apt** Easy street parking!

This tiny house is a 525 sqft home sitting offset from our main home. It has everything from a fully stocked kitchen to a laundry room inside this cozy home. Pots/pans, dishes and even a crock pot and waffle maker stock the kitchen. You will have a private fenced in front area with a seating area and artificial grass. We have built this home to welcome you as our friends and keep you comfortable. The home is located in a dog friendly neighborhood. * we do decorate for major US holidays

Located just off the 580 and the 13 freeways in Oakland and yet close to everything. One block from one of the most beautiful trails in the east bay. Super close to tons of state parks and yet just 15 minutes to San Francisco The unit has a private entrance, private bathroom and full equipped kitchenette. Recently upgraded internet. Dogs welcome.

Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.
