The Old Workshop - Grassington

This accessible two bedroom accommodation is in Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. There are two ensuite bedrooms, one with full accessibility. The whole place is on one level. Both bedrooms have zip and link king size beds, which can be split into single beds on request. The bedrooms have ensuite facilities, one is accessible This new build has underfloor heating and is warm & cosy. There's a large patio and a garden to enjoy during your stay. The entire place is yours and is self-catering

Bumble Cottage - Sedbergh (19 miles to Windermere)

Bumble Cottage is a recently renovated semi-detached barn conversion. The cottage is less than a 5 minute walk from the main street in Sedbergh village and the Yorkshire Dales Way is right outside the front door. It has been furnished to a high standard and is the ideal getaway. This chocolate box village has stunning hikes, bike rides, wild swimming, golf and fishing for the outdoor type. Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It's a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Riflemans Arms

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

No.26 is a traditional cottage situated on Greenside, which is a beautiful picturesque area of Kendal. The cottage overlooks the village green and consists of a cosy sitting room with log burner, kitchen/dining room, and WC on ground floor. The first floor accommodates a beautifully decorated double bedroom and spacious bathroom. The property benefits from an exterior porch and utility room which provides secure storage space for boots, bikes or golf clubs.

My cottage is positioned on the edge of Burtersett, a tiny, tranquil village set away from the main road in the heart of Wensleydale. It has glorious, far-reaching views across the dale from the sitting room, sitting-out area and main bedroom. Just a 20-minute walk across gorgeous meadows to the town of Hawes and the Pennine Way, it is an ideal centre for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. There are walks in all directions from the cottage itself.
