This beautifully appointed 1 bedroom/ 1 bath with fold-out couch is in the top floor of a two-story home. It is the perfect locale for sightseeing the Hilo and Volcano side of The Big Island. Guests stay on the 2nd floor which is 480 square feet of living space.

We are close to the ocean, about 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. You can hear the winter humpback whales on quiet nights jump and slap their tales which is fun. 20 minutes from Pahoa; 50 mins from Hilo; 50 mins from Volcano National Park

This is a beautiful newer build with great attention to detail. This includes a private bedroom, bathroom and well-appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. This property is 10 blocks from high-cliff ocean, on the dead-end side of the street, with very little traffic. The lanai overlooks our 1-acre avocado orchard with 70 avocado trees, lychee, papaya, mango, banana, pineapple, mandarin, spinach and lemongrass. Please ask my husband, Jason, what is ripe.

Lots to do here in this eclectic town of Pahoa w great restaurants and shopping as well.
