Skyvetak på bassenget, så kan brukes og ved dårlig vær. Holder 27 grader. Fiske i sjøen utenfor huset er veldig bra. Og en liten lakseelv 500 meter fra huset. Nytt- Kan leie båt. Koselig feriehus med fantastisk utsikt mot Hjørundfjorden. Flere uteplasser/terrasse, bålpanne og grill. Utendørs jacuzzi for 5-6 personer. Huset ligger 35m fra parkeringsplass i hellende terreng. Liten sandstrand og felles grill/uteområde i nærheten. 400m til Sæbø sentrum med dagligvarebutikker, nisjebutikker, hotell og campingplass. Motorbåt kan leies mot ekstra kostnad, flytebrygge 50m fra huset. Gi gjerne beskjed før ankomst om båtleie er aktuelt.

Det er også kort vei til Ålesund (ca 1 time med bil) og kjente områder som Geiranger, Hellesylt, Norangsdalen, Valldal og Trollstigen. Om vinteren finner to ulike skianlegg bare 15 minutter unna leiligheten; “Sunnmørsalpane Skiarena Fjellsætra” og “Strandafjellet Skisenter”.
