Only 528 yards to the snowmobile trail, 10 minutes to the Amish Trail, and 12 miles to Boutwell Hill State Forest. Enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, tubing, kayaking, skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, and exploring Amish country and local wineries. Located on a quiet dirt road, yet close to main travel routes.

It is an 8-10 minute drive from downtown and the Falls and a very short walk to a bus stop that will take you where you need to go. A nice place to relax or get some work done! Features a great back porch that overlooks the property. Close to Moog, Fisher Price and the Gow School, this apartment has a large bedroom with a king-size bed. Comfortable living room has a full size futon for an extra bed when needed. We are less than 20 minutes from Kissing Bridge and Buffalo Ski Center. We're a quick 30 minute drive to the city of Buffalo and 40 minutes from Niagara Falls.
