Waterfront with pier, dock, our home and grounds are nestled on a secluded salt marsh tidal creek between the Intracoastal Waterway and Run of Little Creek tidal creek and across from Eagle Point Golf Club. Enjoy kayaking, fishing and crabbing for fun. Bicycle and walk on our quiet, dead-end street. Privacy and nature, yet with nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf, boating opportunities. Nearby is the historic city of Wilmington on the Cape Fear River. Parties and events are not allowed.

Welcome to the Stokley Cottage! Completely renovated in 2023 this charming property still resonates the charm of a true historical beach cottage. Enjoy all the benefits of our Iconic location steps away from the Intracoastal Waterway, famous WB Drawbridge and of course the beach! Take a stroll to FishHouse Grill or Dockside for sunset cocktails or a waterfront lunch. Skip the parking fees, grab bikes and cruise over the bridge for a day on the beach then retreat back to your shady front porch!

The Riverbend @ Old River Acres

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Riverbend is located just outside of Wilmington NC in the quaint town of Burgaw. Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

Eclectic Tiny Home Hot Tub Nights Poolside Morning

Note: There are 2 tiny homes on this property, Each tiny home has their own side yard with Private hot tub, but the back yard, with the pool, is shared with both tiny homes. Early Check in at 12pm May be available for an extra $35 Or Late check out at 12 for an extra $35 Please message me to see if thats availble. From November 1st to February 28th, Pool is just too cold to use, The cleaning routine changes from twice a week to once a month. But you can still enjoy the hot tub all year!

Drive to Wilmington (20 miles) and take in a show at the historic Thalian Hall, tour The Battleship North Carolina, stroll through beautiful Airlie Gardens and visit countless shops and restaurants!

Bring the family and enjoy life at the beach in this 2nd row home on the intercoastal waterway! After a long day soaking up the sun, rinse off using the full outdoor bathroom then cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Or use the large outdoor prep area and fire up the gas grill to make your favorite BBQ meal.

Perfect location! Home is conveniently located midway between Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington with extremely easy access to both. Includes beach cart, umbrella, Shibumi, bikes, boogie boards, 2 person kayak, 2 paddle boards, surf board, & Level 2 EV charger.

Nestled among the trees just 15 minutes from the beach, this peaceful retreat offers beautiful views from every window. Take a leisurely 200-foot stroll to our shared waterfront dock to launch a kayak or paddleboard, sip your morning coffee, or watch herons and egrets. Pages Creek Nature Trail is a 5-minute walk away. Our beautiful cottage comfortably sleeps six. Spacious deck highlights the amazing oceanfront views. Spacious gathering room and all stainless appliances. Beds made and linens/towels provided for each guest. Huge back porch boasts outdoor dining area, adirondack chairs, outdoor shower and private beach access. Stays include linens (sheets, bath towels and beach towels). Beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and Shibumi Shade are all available for your stay as well!

If you are an artist, fisherperson, kayaker, boater or just someone who wants to chill, you will love this. It’s quirky, private, artsy and has soul to refresh yours. Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.
