Sie ist neu eingerichtet und hat eine Wohnfläche von 34m2 - viele liebevolle Details wurden in Handarbeit gefertigt - sehr gemütlich. Ein Kaminofen und die Infrarotheizung sorgen für angenehme Wärme, im Vorraum und Bad befindet sich eine Fußbodenheizung. Die Hütte befindet sich in ruhiger, schöner Aussichtslage. Wanderwege und die Mountainbike-Strecke sind in der Nähe(1oo Meter)

The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. With its 90 square metres, it offers space for up to 6 people and is the perfect retreat for your holiday.<br><br>The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a comfortable sofa bed and two double beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired and offers, in addition to a fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, an induction hob, oven and coffee machine.

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. Public parking close by, fee € 8 / 24h or a couple of 100 m away for € 20 / week.
