The one bedroom property has a sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for children. Property not suitable for 4 adults. Ideally located for many attractions including Tunbridge Wells, Bewl Water, Bedgebury and Scotney castle. Car is essential. One well behaved dog at a charge of £20.00. Free parking on driveway

Weald Lodge is a separate annexe in the gardens of Wealdview Farmhouse (TN12 6SP) PLEASE NOTE, despite being in the category of farm, we are not a farm and do not have far machinery. The fields around us have grazing sheep Due to the open beams on the mezzanine level, we don't encourage infants or children

Set on the edge of Wrotham village in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This self contained one bedroom cottage comes with free off street parking and use of a large cottage garden. We welcome well behaved dogs. A two minute walk into Wrotham Village, with a picturesque church, village shop, and three pubs including the AA Rosette awarded Bull Hotel. Now with a newly completed private patio to the rear solely for guest use. Dog secure with high gate.

The Lodge

The Lodge is the perfect country getaway and romantic retreat. Please note this is strictly a NO SMOKING property inside the Lodge, the garden and surrounding field. The property is also NOT SUITABLE for infants, children or pets. Two adults only.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

It is the perfect spot for a relaxing and peaceful get away. Super king bed (or twin if requested). Located between Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone, close to the Hop Farm and attractions such as Sissinghurst Gardens, Vineyards and many NT properties.
