Welcome to our charming lake cottage! Dogs welcome ($75 flat fee), baby amenities available! On Jackson Lake, 1 hr from Atlanta, our cottage with private dock (with kayaks-two adult and one child size) is the perfect spot to unwind. With photo-ready furnishings, white cotton and linen bedding, and subtle antique decor, our cottage exudes a warm vibe that will make you feel right at home. Please, no wild parties or drug use. Our neighbors don't deserve to hear or smell any nonsense. Thank you!

Renovated 1928 cottage on a former asylum campus

Into the macabre? Stay on the campus of what once was the largest mental asylum in the world. Stay in a fully renovated craftsman, 1920's cottage situated on the corner of a large pecan grove, across from the Central State Hospital infirmary. Walking, driving or trolly tours are available to learn all about the history of one of the nation's oldest and largest institutions for the mentally ill. Note: Buildings are closed to the public. There are no tours inside buildings.

Two bedroom 1 bath lake front home with beautiful gardens that bloom year round. Escape from the hustle to enjoy the water, listen to the songbirds or enjoy a book by the fire. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood in North Macon close to several restaurants and shops. You will only be a 12 minute drive to a thriving downtown, where you will find music, restaurants, and breweries. Just 2 miles from Wesleyan College and 4 miles from Mercer University.
