Gellibant is a rural remote peaceful retreat, with breathtaking views set in its own gardens within our working mountain farm. It has been recently fully renovated to the highest standard with all mod cons, whilst remaining in keeping with its traditional features and natural charm. Gellibant has unrivalled views of beautiful Cwm Nantcol, and the dramatic Rhinog Mountains. This charming property accommodates 2-4 guests. We also have a sofa bed (small double) in the snug for 2 additional guests.

A stylish, very spacious 3-bedroom stone cottage, recently refurbished to a high, boutique-style standard. Sleeps 6 people. Chester House is an ideal base for groups of hikers, mountain bikers or families wanting to explore Snowdonia. Dolgellau is a pretty little town, sitting in lovely walking country beneath the Cader Idris mountain range. The sea, and some delightful beaches are just down the road, too! There are lots of restaurants/cafes, pubs and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk.

Rhiw Goch Cottage is a spacious detached one bedroom stone-built cottage with wood burner dating from the 18th century or earlier. Our guests love the cottage for it's rustic charm and beautiful gardens with viewpoints over the Lledr valley. It's on a quiet hillside surrounded by craggy ancient woodland about 3 miles from Betws-y-Coed, well placed to explore Snowdonia but also well off the beaten track. PLEASE NOTE we are unable to accept children under 10 yr old due to safety reasons.

Enjoy stunning views and sunsets from the back garden across Eryri, Afon Dwyryd estuary, Port Meirion, Bae Ceredigion, and LLyn Peninsula. Essential amenities found in nearby Porthmadog (10mins drive). Full refurbishment completed in 2024 featuring log burner and new modern kitchen and bathroom. A beautiful, Grade II-listed stone cottage in one of Snowdonia’s loveliest valleys. Our 18th century cottage is nestled beneath low hills in Cwm Pennant, a quiet, beautiful valley in the heart of Eryri National Park. Sitting off the road, our only neighbours are sheep and cows - an ancient church across a river is the only building in sight. The cottage is as cosy and comfortable on the inside as it is historic and beautiful on the outside - perfect whatever the season.

Gwenlli Shepherds Hut

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Beautiful Woodland Hobbit/ Fairy/ Witch house Nestled away in our woodland is our roundhouse. Beautifully from straw bales and super insulated with gas hob, wood burner and running water. Come hideaway, hibernate, nestle and nuzzle.. tend fires, read, jump in our lake, pick salad and eggs from the farm... This cabin offers the perfect place to step into a different pace, to be at one with nature, to slow down and think about what matters in the world.

Brackendale Townhouse Spa

Nestled in the heart of Bala Town, our retreat is a haven of indulgence. Luxuriate in our 8-person touch screen hot tub and unwind in the 4-person sauna. For entertainment, a ping pong and pool table await, along with arcade classics. Our spacious house accommodates 11 guests, and a travel cot is provided. Just a 10-minute stroll to Bala Lake, and all amenities are within a 2-minute walk. This central location ensures both relaxation and convenience.

The apartment is on the second floor and there are five stairs (with hand-rail) down to the main ensuite bedroom.
