It has wooden flooring & is serviced by a combi boiler for those hot showers after a day of climbing in Snowdonia! Bethesda is home to Europe’s largest zip wire (Zip World) & is famous for its slate quarry. We are just a 5 minute drive from the mountain pass & 10 minutes into the city of Bangor.

The real highlight is bathing under the stars in a pair of al fresco baths. This dwelling is only suited to able bodied adults as there are steep paths, hot fires, and drops into the river.

The nearest beach is an easy 10 minute drive away, with the numerous stunning beaches of the Llyn Peninsula within 30 minutes. The nearest town, Caernarfon, is 15 minutes away.

A safe and secure single caravan close to the award winning 'Plas Heli Sailing Academy' and '400 Berth Marina'. Close by are two 4 mile long beaches. A great location to explore the LLyn. The town centre is a 20 minute walk and a convenient bus stop lies just outside the main gates. We have the space to accommodate vehicles and trailers for small sailing boats / dinghies. It's a fully equipped van with recent double glazing, TV, Wifi, a chest freezer, barbecue and storage shed.

Glan Seiont Cottage is a former farmhouse dating back to 1847, located on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, near the banks of the River Seiont. A perfect base for groups wanting to climb Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa). The sherpa bus route stops just at the top of the drive and goes to the start of Llanberis Pass and Pen-y-Pass or can take you to the beautiful Caernarfon castle. A wood fired hot tub in the garden makes it the perfect retreat for summer or winter.

The cottage is a self contained one bedroom annexe, on our working hill farm on the outskirts of the village of Tal y Bont, providing an ideal base for exploring the mountains, lakes, castles and coastlines. The cottage has been sensitively restored and maintains many of its original features, including a crog loft (please note that access is via steep stairs) and exposed beam ceilings. The cottage is within 60 acres of beautiful hillside farm.
