All are welcomed to our brand new open daylight basement home. Our place is perfect for couples, families, and large groups. With such close proximity to restaurants and markets, your stay will be quite pleasant. I-85 and Hwy 316 is easily accessible. Sugarloaf Mills Mall (Discover Mills), the Infinite Energy Center, and Duluth’s famous Korean town are only a couple of minutes away. We are only 30 minutes away from Downtown Atlanta. "Feels like your Own Home" 1 Bedroom Semi-Basement

"Feel Like Own Home". This is like semi-basement with private entry, we are renting the whole place including 1 Bedroom, Kitchen, 1 Bathroom, Living room, Stove, Fridge, Closet, TV with NETFLIX. Parking is available in the driveway. Numbered of people staying overnight must match the number of people booked for the reservation. Guest who are NOT part of the reservation are not allowed. This quiet wooded sanctuary is spacious and beautifully decorated . Lake Lanier is 15 minutes as well as Infinite Energy Center, I-85 and Mall of Georgia. This large dedicated terrace level apartment is fully furnished, super fast WIFI and complete privacy in neighborhood of high end homes. Come and go with keyless entry. Relax in the shade garden, fire pit, porch swing or watch the soothing koi. Separate air system. Extra cleaning protocol is in action for your safety.

Immerse yourself in nature at the '50 Shades of Green' walk-out basement suite, featuring lush plants and custom furniture. Enjoy pure, filtered water from every tap thanks to our new whole-house water filtration system. Please read all house rules before booking. Disclaimer: Our friendly dog lives upstairs (always kept completely separate). We are a pet-friendly property, so we do not recommend booking if you have animal allergies.
