The Annexe is a lovely, well-equipped self-contained suite of rooms, comprising a spacious, comfortable sitting/breakfast room, kitchenette, double bedroom and shower room, in a private part of our house. It has its own entrance with a key-safe for convenience. It's set within the village of Ponsanooth, only 4.5 miles from the beaches of Falmouth, and is handy for exploring the area and all of Cornwall. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here, including outside seating, BBQ & parking.

It contains everything you will need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Wi-fi & smart TV. Private parking to rear. No cleaning fees. The coastal footpath is just outside our front gate. You will never tire of the view; it will keep you spellbound.

There is free parking, access to a light and airy conservatory and a decked garden perfect for relaxing in the sun. Portreath beach is located 4 miles away, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby as well as great travel links to the rest of Cornwall. There can be some noise from a recycling centre opposite

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.
