There is a charcoal bbq fully equipped with outdoor kitchen and a spacious patio with outdoor dining area. there is also a great kids play area with a ping pong table, a swing, grass and many toys. A 6 minute drive can get you to a beautiful, organised , Blue Flag beach in the heart of Agioi Theodoroi. There is 2 bedrooms and also a double sofa bed in the living room.

Ξεχωριστό ξύλινο σπίτι 50τμ. Προσφέρει ιδιαίτερες εμπειρίες, ηρεμία και σύνδεση με τη φύση. 5χλμ. από τη Βυτίνα και την Ελάτη. μπορεί να αποτελέσει ιδανικό προορισμό για τους λάτρεις της φύσης. Το ποτάμι ρέει στο πλάι της ιδιοκτησίας και χαρίζει τον χαλαρωτικό ήχο του νερού. Από την άλλη πλευρά της, ένα δάσος από έλατα συναντά το Mainalon Trail, δημοφιλές για πεζοπόρους. Βρισκόμαστε 1.5 χλμ απο την παραλία της Πούντας γνωστή για τα καθαρά νερά της και πολύ κοντά σε Διακοφτό, Ακράτα και Καλάβρυτα.
