Rosie's Studio is a very special place decorated with original paintings by the late Salt Spring Island artist - Rosemaria Behncke. This large, unique cottage/studio is situated on a 25 acre farm in the peaceful south end of beautiful Saltspring Island, close to parks, beaches, Fulford Shops and the Ferry Terminal. The Studio

The Studio is a very private guest house created from a former art studio, elegantly furnished with a country flair. Located in a farm area, this is a perfect getaway location - convenient to lavender farms, beaches, and mountains, yet less than 10 minutes from downtown Sequim. The property features a private gated entrance, mountain view, fenced and landscaped yard, and ample parking. A bank of Cypress trees provides afternoon shade, and there is a fireplace to cozy up to on chilly evenings.

Cozy Coop Tiny House

A 136 sq. ft. tiny house (cabin) on 6 acres along with the main house 1000 ft. to the north. Very private. Very yesteryear. You may encounter a spot of dust on a rough cut post or notice the patina (chipped paint) on one of the 100 year old windows, (it's a cabin) however all food and personal hygiene areas are professionally cleaned. About the ladder to the loft, I'm 6'4", and pushing 70, I have no problem, if you have physical limitations, it may be something to think about.
