Un accès rapide a la RN12 facilitera vos déplacements dans toute la bretagne. [1h de Brest et de Saint Malo, et bien sur la proximité immédiate de la Côte de Granit Rose, les 7 îles, Plougrescant et bien d'autres] Au Ranch aux Paons nous élevons des oiseaux d'ornement (paons/faisans/poules) que vous aurez le plaisir de voir se balader en totale liberté.

Family gite in peaceful area.

We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

la piscine est ouverte de avril au 15 novembre et chauffée à 28 degrés, son usage est partagé elle est accessible de 7h00 à 22h00 Situé près de Paimpol , c'est une petite maison située à 300 mètres de la mer et de la plage dans un environnement calme et champêtre. Vous profiterez du grand air et de belles ballades sur la plage ou les sentiers côtiers Certains soirs, à votre demande, je ferai chauffer le bain nordique et vous vous délasserez dans une eau à près de 40 degrés.

Pôle animé avec crêperie, restaurant , pizzeria son école de surf .....boulangerie bio . les filles du bord de mer et le pub l'Hermine . Notre cottage en ossature bois avec ses grandes baies vitrées sur un grand terrain boisé offre une très belle vue mer . Pas d'animaux.

Cozy 2 bedroom cottage with outdoor space/parking

2 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage in a peaceful and rural area but close enough to get to Rostrenen and Carhaix as well as other villages including Glomel. There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.
